Cardboard production

During the production of cardboard (corrugators) used e.g. There are PVC and cotton belts, rubber belts, perforated belts, belts with special plastic connectors, as well as modular belts for transporting the finished product. Steel rollers are also used to transport pallets.

At the initial stage of cardboard production (stretching for bridges), it is important that the cotton or felt tapes used have hidden connectors (plastic) in order to avoid the risk of damage to the transported paper wrap.

After the drying stage, perforated belts or strips are used in the place of cutting the cardboard sheets, which are also equipped with hidden plastic joints.

Finally, the finished product is transported using wide PVC belts, most often connected with steel clips.

Production of cardboard packaging

In the production of cardboard packaging, apart from standard PVC belts, drive belts used in folder-gluers, special flat and toothed belts with overlays and perforations, round belts, belts with plastic connectors (hidden), rolls and modular belts are widely used.

Flat drive belts are used in press dies, and special replaceable covers for the pressure roller (PU cover) are used in rotary die cutters.

In printing machines, a large number of special toothed belts with various types of coatings (silicone, natural rubber) as well as selection and perforation are in contact.

Printing houses of magazines and newspapers

Widely used for various types of drive belts and PVC belts. In addition, toothed belts with drivers, rollers and modular belts are also used.

The key place in every printing house is the folder, where the fold is broken - here we will meet primarily flat fabric belts, the structure of which is very important for the proper operation of the entire process.
