When we talk about engineered belts, we mean all belts made for special production processes that require non-standard solutions.
We can make various types of coating and equipment depending on the customer's requirements.
When we talk about coating, we mean different types of materials with different structures and finishes, such as:
- longitudinal grooves of different cross-section
- perforation in any arrangement
- drivers, profiles, etc.
The engineering belts also include standardized products for specific machines and devices, used e.g.:
- in the production of cables
- in the production of aluminum profiles
- in packaging machines (vertical type packers)
- in labeling machines
- in mail sorting
- in the wood industry
- in the paper industry
- in the ceramics industry
- in the glass industry
- in the food industry (eg for the production of sausages)

The basis of engineering belts is, as the name suggests, a belt, it can be a flat, toothed, V-ribbed, V-ribbed, multi-ribbed, rubber or polyurethane belt. Both the belt and the overlay can be connected in a circuit or free from connections (spliceless enless).
Available coatings
Textile
Cellular material (porous) PU/Rubber
Due to the cellular structure, this coating is commonly used in: marking devices, in the transport of light and / or delicate materials, in the glass and paper industry, in vacuum conveyors. Examples of coatings:
- beige celloflex (microcellular PU elastomer)
- porol (cellular rubber)
- blue/green/brown/red sylomer (PU elastomer)
- orange rubber sponge, available in thicknesses of 10mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm
Natural/synthetic rubber
It is distinguished by a high coefficient of friction and high temperature resistance. These coatings are used e.g. in the paper industry, ceramics, wood processing, glass industry, for labeling and packaging. Examples of coatings:
- Supergrip (red natural rubber 50ShA)
- LTX (natural red rubber 40 (+/-5) ShA)
- LTD (red rubber 60 (+/-5) ShA)
- LTR (orange nitrile rubber 70 (+/-5) ShA)
- LPLUS (white rubber 40 (+/-5) ShA)
- TNX (red rubber 40 ShA), available thicknesses from 2 - 15mm
- VTN (Fluoroelastomer black ca. 75 ShA)
- Natural yellow rubber, ca. 35 ShA
- CRX (natural beige rubber 35 (+/-5) ShA ), available thicknesses from 4-15mm
PU/PVC
The PVC coating gives us a high coefficient of friction and good resistance to acids. Due to its versatility, it is used for many applications, e.g. in the paper, glass, ceramics, labeling and packaging industries. FDA quality allows use in the food industry.
Of all the synthetic materials and rubber compounds, polyurethane is the material that provides the best abrasion resistance. Polyurethane foils of various thickness and hardness are the ideal solution for many applications in the wood, ceramic and glass industries. FDA approved polyurethane coatings can be supplied upon request. Examples of coatings:
- PU transparent 70 ShA, 85 ShA
- PU with herringbone structure
- PVC white approx. 60 ShA
- PVC green ca.40 ShA
- Supergrip red (elastomer), green PVC
- Supergrip yellow PU
- Minigrip PVC
Specjal
Various coatings available on request. For example:
- silicon
- teflon
- leather
- etc.
Drivers and profiles
