Scope, purposes and legal basis of processing
It is not possible to set up a user account on our website and we do not use comment systems.
However, we enable Users to contact us via e-mail and contact form. By using this option, you provide us with your personal data: e-mail address and other data that you include in the content of the message.
We process your data in order to contact you and for archival purposes (archiving correspondence). They constitute the legal basis for this processing:
• article 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, i.e. your consent, which you express by sending us a message and expecting a response,
• art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR, i.e. acting at the request of the data subject,
• art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR, i.e. our legally justified interest.
We do not conduct profiling, i.e. automated processing of personal data, which consists in particular in the use of personal data to analyze or forecast your economic situation, personal preferences, interests, credibility, behavior or location.
Data processors and recipients
Your data may be transferred to entities providing services to us, such as companies providing services in the field of IT, hosting, mailing systems or accounting offices.
Personal data retention period
Your personal data will be processed as long as there are legal and factual grounds for it, in particular until the expiry of the limitation period for civil law claims or the period in which the law requires us to store data or the period in which we may incur legal consequences of non-performance or improper performance of its obligations, or the duration of proceedings initiated in this respect. Some of the data may be processed longer for archival, analytical or statistical purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
If the processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR), you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The scope of these rights and the cases in which you can exercise them are defined by law, in particular art. 15 and following GDPR. In each case, we will consider the legitimacy of your request or objection and we will respond to it in accordance with the regulations.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your data violates the applicable provisions.
