They are suitable for transporting materials with a temperature of up to 100 * C for continuous operation, or higher temperatures for dry products.
These quality belts are resistant to grease and antistatic. For dry products with low fat content, the temperature resistance is -30/+130 ° C.
Fabric inserts are made of polyester and polyamide. It has good abrasion resistance acc. DIN 53516 standards. Application: cement, coal, chemicals, secondary raw materials industry (recycling), fly ashes, etc.

BELT WITH STAINLESS STEEL CORD
Product standard: DIN 22102
Belts reinforced with steel cords in the weft and warp are practically "inextensible" and have 0.35% parametric elongation and 0.15% elastic elongation. Overall elongation is 0.5%.
They operate on a relatively small drum diameter and high conveying height using heavy buckets. They are quite flexible in the longitudinal direction, but particularly stiff in the transverse direction. This enables a straight and smooth run of the belt.
Depending on the dimensions, they can be supplied with pre-assembled terminal strip connectors that have a strength of 80% of the nominal belt breaking stress.
Buckets are usually mounted with special screws. Holes for screws can be pre-made or drilled on site.
Scope of application: conveyors for cement, fly ashes, fertilizers, coal, sand conveyors for grain silos.
