Veneers are available in widths: 50mm, 70mm, 100mm
Production roll lengths: 50m, 100m
It is possible to cut a different length of veneer from a roll at the customer's request for materials available from stock.
Thanks to the use of different materials, they obtain different properties of the veneer, such as resistance to acids, alkalis, oils and fats, and ozone.
Types of materials
- NATURAL RUBBER C / thermal resistance up to 100 degrees C
- SYNTHETIC RUBBER- K / thermal resistance up to 100-120 degrees C
- SYNTHETIC ANTISTATIC RUBBER– K AS / thermal resistance up to 110 degrees C
- SILICONE- S / thermal resistance up to 150-220 degrees C
- PVC -P / thermal resistance up to 80-90 degrees Celsius
- POLYURETHANE - PU / thermal resistance up to 80 degrees C
- FELT, PLUSH, FLOK (velour) / heat resistance up to 70-110 degrees C
- CORK, RUBBER -C / thermal resistance up to 90 degrees C
- SYNTHETIC ELASTOMER - SE / thermal resistance up to 80°C

Calculation of the amount of veneer needed to cover the drum
To calculate the correct amount of veneer, use the following formula:
Drum diameter D [mm] x Pi x drum length [mm]
____________________________________________________
Veneer width [mm]
and ADD to the above value the connection allowance equal to Pi x D
Before wrapping the drum, cut off the angle equal to the section determined by: Drum diameter D [mm] x Pi
Then we wind the veneer tightly onto a thoroughly degreased drum so that there are no gaps between successive windings.
This is very important, because otherwise the conveyor belt will slide off the wrapped drum, because it will act on it similarly to the thread of the screw, moving it across.
We protect the edges with insulating tape.
