Plastic meshes

Our offer includes plastic meshes made of polyester, polyamide, as well as PPS or PEEK on special order, which are used in various industries:

  • Sewage treatment plants
  • Pellet production
  • Juice production
  • Biomass production
  • Gypsum production
  • Production of cheese and cottage cheese
  • Production of cellulose
  • Production of MDF boards

We offer mesh belts of various weaves and thicknesses. The mesh spacing and capacity of the nets can vary depending on the needs. Plastic mesh belts are characterized by excellent chemical and thermal resistance, high abrasion resistance and are easy to clean and use.

Plastic mesh belts are cut to size according to According to the customer's needs, the edges of the mesh are thermally protected against fraying, additionally they can be covered with plastic on a width of 10 to 50mm or trimmed with a special fabric. Plastic meshes can be mechanically joined with a metal connector, endlessly woven or overlapped.

The offered meshes meet the requirements of DIN, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, some of them are intended for contact with food.

Juice production

When producing juices from seedless fruits, such as apples, pears, and seedless cherries, we can use one type of solution for all.

In the case of fruit with stones, remember about the need to use stronger nets with a special weave, in this case we also offer meshes.

Fruits such as grapes and currants need other solutions.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our offer.

Sewage treatment plants

We have plastic meshes that are used in the process of draining, thickening and drying wastewater. In filter presses where two meshes are usually used (double press), the choice of mesh type depends on the type of contamination.

Steel meshes

We also offer steel meshes with bottom guidance and steel meshes with Kevlar, which can work on very small drum diameters (they are very flexible). An example of application here may be the production of diapers. More about steel meshes in the tab: Meshes/ Steel meshes.

Wood industry

For the wood industry (pellet/biomass production) we have a solution of meshes with bronze,

As a result, the mesh obtains antistatic and, above all, flame retardant properties (meshes with ATEX). Maximum working temperature up to +130 degrees Celsius.

Maximum production width up to 6.5 m, length up to 150 m.

Gypsum production

In heat and power plants (in the process of gypsum production), during the combustion of brown coal, sulfur is extracted, which, under the influence of lime, is transformed into gypsum, which in turn falls to the bottom in wet form, where it is pulled through pipes onto a mesh, and then it is filtered and dried . The maximum production width of the mesh up to 6 m and length up to 120 m.
