Poly V-belts, also known as ribbed belts, are made of a polybutadiene-based compound as standard.
The cord of the belt is made of high-strength polyester cords or aramid fibres.
They have a wide range of applications, but will work where high linear speeds are needed with small pulley diameters.
Polyurethane micro V-ribbed belts are also available, which, despite their small dimensions, ensure efficiency in industrial multi-ribbed drives of such devices as: vacuum cleaners, washing machines, grinders, mixers, mowers, woodworking equipment, medical equipment, textile machines and others.
These belts are made of a sleeve, which we cut according to the customer's needs, depending on the required number of ribs. The lengths of poly V-belts are standardized.
